As an amendment to motion S4M-11993 in the name of John Swinney (Boosting the Economy), leave out from "and the fact" to end and insert "; believes that the UK Government has built a strong economy, which has cut the deficit, created jobs, created opportunities for young people and brought more women than ever before into the workforce, and further believes that the transfer of significant new power to the Scottish Parliament under the Smith Commission agreement will provide real opportunities for the Scottish business community to work with policy makers to further boost growth in Scotland."
