That the Parliament congratulates Elliot Rowe and Millie Thomson, who are members of the Deeside Thistle Cycle Club, on winning the 2019 U14M and U14F Scottish Cyclocross Series, which featured cyclists from across Scotland; commends Elliot and Millie on their quick racing times and dedication to the sport, and wishes them all the best for future events.
