That the Parliament congratulates Kincardine O’Neil in Bloom on its special "It’s Your Neighbourhood" recognition presented by Keep Scotland Beautiful; notes the valuable volunteer work to improve access to allotments, implementing school wildlife clubs and adopting areas of derelict land; acknowledges the hundreds of environmental projects that have been supported across Scotland due to the volunteer efforts of those competing in Keep Scotland Beautiful, and encourages the volunteers to continue their esteemed work.
