Over the last eight years, the Festival – in combination with the excellent World Press Photo exhibition which forms an essential part of the event’s programme – has welcomed over 260,000 visitors to the Scottish Parliament.
Last year's Festival took place between Friday 17 and Saturday 25 August 2012.

The 2013 Festival of Politics will again take place in August and the programme will be announced in due course.
