The remit of the committee is to consider and report on the Scottish economy, enterprise, energy, tourism and all other matters falling within the responsibility of the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth apart from those covered by the remits of the Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change and the Local Government and Communities Committees. |

The Committee have issued a call for written evidence for submissions to its future inquiry into "The public sector's support for exporters, international trade and the attraction on inward investment." Please follow the link below for further information. The deadline for receipt of written evidence is Friday, 5 March 2010.
Banking inquiry
The Committee issued a call for written evidence for submissions to its new inquiry "The way forward for Scotland's banking, building society and financial services sector." Please follow the link below for further information. The deadline for receipt of written evidence was Friday, 11 September.
The Committee expects to report in March 2010.
