Correspondence from the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee following the Committee's evidence session on 19 December. The Committee asked about the impact of the reduction of the level of capital investment in infrastructure across the budget on meeting the Scottish climate change targets.
