Office of the Clerk
Members may wish to note that the Office of the Clerk will be closed from Friday 1 June to Tuesday 5 June inclusive. Arrangements for First Minister’s Question Time and lodging of amendments and motions for debate are set out below.
First Minister’s Question Time, 7 June 2012
Following the Parliament’s approval of business motion S4M-02691, Members are reminded that the period for lodging questions for First Minister’s Question Time on Thursday 7 June 2012 shall end at 2.00 pm on Thursday 31 May.
The questions selected will appear in the Business Bulletin on Wednesday 6 June.
Chamber Desk Arrangements - Motions and Amendments for Debate
Motions for debate on Wednesday 6 June should be lodged with the Chamber Desk by no later than 10.00 am on Thursday 31 May; amendments to these motions should be lodged by 4.30 pm on Thursday 31 May. These will appear in the Business Bulletin on Wednesday 6 June.
Motions for debate on Thursday 7 June should be lodged with the Chamber Desk by no later than 4.30 pm on Thursday 31 May; these will appear in Section F of the Business Bulletin on Wednesday 6 June. Amendments to these motions should be lodged by 4.30 pm on Wednesday 6 June; these amendments will appear in the Business Bulletin on Thursday 7 June.
