S4W-06803 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will lay before the Parliament a report on greenhouse gas emissions attributable to Scottish consumption of goods and services for 2010 and 2011, as required under Section 37 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 and whether it will report annually in future.
