S4W-06389 Jackson Carlaw: To ask the Scottish Executive what information is held (a) centrally and (b) by each NHS board on the use of (i) bevacizumab, (ii) cetuximab, (iii) lapatinib, (iv) abiraterone, (v) everolimus, (vi) rituximab, (vii) sorafenib, (viii) bendamustine, (ix) fulvestrant and (x) bortezomib in the treatment of cancer.

S4W-06392 Jackson Carlaw: To ask the Scottish Executive how many patients have been given access to cancer medicines that were approved by the Scottish Medicines Consortium under a patient access scheme since 2011, also broken down by (a) NHS board and (b) medicine.

S4W-06393 Jackson Carlaw: To ask the Scottish Executive how much the Hospital Medicines Utilisation Database recorded as being spent on cancer medicines in 2011, also broken down by NHS board.

S4W-06394 Jackson Carlaw: To ask the Scottish Executive how much NHS Greater Glasgow’s Chemotherapy Electronic Prescribing and Administration System recorded as being spent on cancer medicines by the board in 2011.

S4W-06417 Richard Simpson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the recent cessation of coal train services at night on the Stirling-Alloa-Kincardine railway line will be extended or made permanent and whether it will (a) increase the tonnage of the daytime trains and (b) introduce a Sunday service in order to reduce night services.

S4W-06421 Richard Simpson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider introducing (a) an 80 mph speed limit on motorways and (b) a 20 mph speed limit on most sections of urban roads when it has the power to do so and, if so, what it considers the (i) economic and (ii) health impact of such changes will be.
