That the Parliament welcomes the recent funding grants from the Scottish Land Fund, totalling £269,813, to two organisations in the Stirling constituency; notes that the Loch Lomond Community Trust received a £159,600 award to help purchase land and develop four community-owned homes as part of a wider development; further notes that the Killin and Ardeonaig Community Development Trust received a £110,213 award to assist with the purchase of a newsagent and gift shop in order for it to be leased to a local social enterprise to deliver community services, including newsagent, post office, grocers and information and advice services; believes that this investment and these projects will bring great economic benefit to their respective communities, and commends the local organisations involved in securing these grants.
