Congratulations to Broughton High School Pupil on Taekwondo World Title

That the Parliament congratulates Josh Hand, a third year student at Broughton High School in Edinburgh, who won a world title in the Boys Black Belt Heavyweight Division of Taekwondo at the world championships in Birmingham in July 2016; notes that this is an extremely tough division as it is the highest level in juniors before boys move up to cadets; further notes that Josh's division lasted over 3 hours and he had 11 fights in total before receiving his gold medal, and sends Josh its best wishes for continued success in his sporting endeavours.
