Question

To ask the Scottish Executive what (a) advice and (b) guidance the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service has given to chief constables in relation to the enforcement of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012.


Answer

The Lord Advocate published Guidelines on operation of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012 on 28 February 2012 which includes guidance to the police. These guidelines can be found on the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service website at:
