  • Motion reference: S4M-12918

That the Parliament welcomes the decision by what it considers two iconic Argyll businesses, the Campbeltown distillers, J&A Mitchell, and the Oban Phoenix Cinema, to become living wage employers; recognises the importance of this step in demonstrating to other local companies and their business sectors the value of this commitment to employees and communities, and encourages all other Argyll employers to follow their lead.
