That the Parliament notes the proposal by STV to host a Scottish debate in advance of the UK General Election; believes that all five parties represented in the Scottish Parliament should be invited to participate in the debate; welcomes the agreement of Nicola Sturgeon, Jim Murphy, Ruth Davidson and Willie Rennie that this should happen, and urges STV to meet representatives of the five parties to agree how this debate can be structured fairly.
