That the Parliament congratulates Alloa Athletic Football Club on its 3-2 semi-final victory over Rangers Football Club on 3 December 2014; recognises this victory as the club’s first ever over the Glasgow-based side; praises the Alloa team's resilience in fighting back for the victory after finding themselves down by two goals in the 64th minute; offers particular praise to Greig Spence, whose second goal of the contest proved to be the winner after he found the back of the net in the 89th minute, and wishes Alloa the best of luck in the match with Livingston in the Petrofac Training Cup final on 5 April 2015.
