That the Parliament congratulates the management and staff at Edinburgh Airport on its being named Airport of the Year 2013 in the over six million passengers category at the Airport Operators Association Awards in London; understands that this is the fifth high-profile industry award presented to the airport in the last year and shows that the potential for growth and customer satisfaction are being realised at Scotland’s busiest airport; notes with satisfaction that voting for this award was by airlines, and believes that this confirms the professional service that the airport provides to industry clients.
