Congratulations to Handicabs

That the Parliament congratulates Handicabs on providing 30 years of accessible transport service to the people of Edinburgh and across the Lothians; considers this an invaluable service for people who experience mobility issues and a lifeline for many who benefit from increased access to people and services through supported transport initiatives; congratulates the charity on what it considers its hard work and commitment to providing an outstanding service throughout the years, and further congratulates the Lord Provost and the City of Edinburgh Council on hosting a reception on 30 September 2013 to celebrate Handicabs' 30 years of service.
