That the Parliament welcomes the translation of Tintin’s adventure, The Black Island, into both Scots and Gaelic; congratulates Dr Susan Rennie, who did the Scots translation, and Gillibride MacMillan, who did the Gaelic translation, and hopes that readers will be able to enjoy many more of what it considers Tintin’s exciting adventures in Scotland’s own languages in the future.
