Shiny Happy People in Angus

That the Parliament notes that people living in Angus have been identified as among the most relaxed people in the UK, according to a new government survey; acknowledges that Angus was ranked in fourth place of the happiness survey, with more than two-thirds of respondents from the county, or 67.71%, placing themselves in the lowest stress bracket; welcomes the findings, and hopes that what it sees as the picturesque rural lifestyle offered in Angus will continue to have a calming and positive influence on local people.
