The Convener (Sarah Boyack): : I welcome everyone to our 18th meeting in 2006 and remind members to turn their mobile phones to silent. We have received no apologies.
We have three negative instruments to consider. The Subordinate Legislation Committee considered the instruments and made comments on the TSE (Scotland) Amendment (No 2) Regulations 2006. Members have a copy of that report.
Do colleagues have any comments to make on the instruments?
Members: : No.
The Convener: : The instruments are comparatively straightforward. Are members happy to make no recommendation to the Parliament?
Members indicated agreement.
The Convener: : We will take agenda item 2 in private. I apologise to those who have just joined us in the public gallery, but we agreed at our previous meeting to discuss our draft stage 1 report on the Crofting Reform etc Bill in private.
: Meeting continued in private until 11:38.
