Edinburgh International Culture Summit programme unveiled

Edinburgh International Culture Summit logoCulture Ministers from around 40 nations will gather in Edinburgh on August 13 and 14 for the Summit. A collaboration between the Scottish Government, the UK Government, the British Council and the Edinburgh International Festival, the Culture Summit will, for the first time, bring together Culture Ministers from around the world with leading artistic figures to discuss the role of culture as international dialogue.

The Culture Summit will be hosted at the Scottish Parliament. Delegates will be welcomed on August 13 by the Scottish Parliament’s Presiding Officer Tricia Marwick MSP, Scotland’s Culture Secretary Fiona Hyslop MSP and UK Culture Minister Ed Vaizey MP.
