Patricia Ferguson has been privileged to represent the Maryhill area of Glasgow since the establishment of the Scottish Parliament in 1999. In 2011 she was elected as the first MSP for the new constituency of Maryhill and Springburn. The constituency includes the communities of Kelvindale and Kirklee to Milton in the north and from Summerston and Acre in the west to Royston and Germiston in the east taking in many diverse communities.
Patricia enjoys reading and particularly enjoys biographies and autobiographies as well as historical and crime fiction. In addition she visits galleries and museums when she has time. Patricia is a supporter of Partick Thistle and Glasgow City women's football teams.
