As part of the SPCB's (Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body) publication list under the FOI (Freedom of Information) Act all current contracts over £5k are published. New Contracts are added on a monthly basis and spend to date is updated quarterly.

Potential Future Contract Opportunities
This section provides details of potential future contract opportunities to allow suppliers to plan ahead. A decision on advertising these requirements will be taken on a project by project basis as the procurement strategy for each requirement is developed.
Any requirements advertised will always appear, as a minimum, under the Contract Opportunities with the SPCB section above. The e-Procurement system section provides further information on where requirements may be advertised.
Standard Documentation
The Scottish Parliament standard conditions of contract are used for all straightforward purchases and contracts. These conditions can be enhanced if a specific contract requires it and for the more complex and high value contracts bespoke conditions are used.
