Queen Margaret University to Set Up a Young Persons Advisory Group

That the Parliament congratulates Queen Margaret University on receiving a £5,760 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that this funding will be used to set up a Young Persons Advisory Group in Lothian, consisting of 12 young people, aged between eight and 18 years old, which will provide views, opinions and advocacy as a Patient Public Involvement group, working with the NHS; understands that this will ensure that young people’s voices are heard by the NHS to improve services; commends the work of Queen Margaret University, and thanks all the staff for their continued hard work and dedication.
