Celebrating 30 Years' Service of Senior Coordinator Eleanor Thomson at Homestart Kirkcaldy

That the Parliament recognises 30 years’ service of senior co-ordinator, Eleanor Thomson at Homestart Kirkcaldy; understands that Eleanor began working for the family support service in 1994 and has seen its area of work expand from Kirkcaldy to include Burntisland, Kinghorn and Cardenden; celebrates with appreciation and acknowledgement of the huge contribution that Eleanor has given to the service by training volunteers and matching them to families for the vital one-to-one support that they provide; believes that Eleanor’s calm and kind approach has earned her much respect from her colleagues within the service; understands that trustees, volunteers and service users marked the milestone by holding a surprise lunch and presentation for the occasion; extends its gratitude for Eleanor’s hard work and dedication to her role, and extends its very best wishes for continued success to Eleanor and to the service.
