As an amendment to motion S4M-09502 in the name of Rhoda Grant (The Bunchrew Land Declaration), insert at end “and believes that the unwillingness of successive UK governments to legislate to curb tax avoidance and tax havens would be ended by the return of all tax and land reform powers to the Scottish Parliament to achieve lasting benefits and fair land distribution for Scotland’s families and communities.”
