As an amendment to motion S4M-08715 in the name of James Dornan (No Place for Wildlife Crime), insert at end “but believes that, in order to do so, there must be sufficient resources for the Crown Office and police to tackle the issue and a review of the legislation covering game management to assess whether further measures could be taken to deter such acts”.
