As an amendment to motion S3M-1087 in the name of Jim Mather (Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Bill - UK Legislation), insert at end “and, in so doing, calls on ministers to return to the Parliament following Royal Assent to the Bill and make a statement that the funds to be distributed in Scotland will be diverted towards youth services and facilities for all parts of Scotland.”
