Question
To ask the Scottish Government what progress is being made by the Regulatory Review Group in reviewing Part 3 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005.
Answer
The Regulatory Review Group has completed the evidence gathering stage of the review and is now progressing the report. The report and findings of the review will be published once finalised which is anticipated before the end of 2015.
