Question
To ask the Scottish Government how many cases of recovery of maintenance from someone living abroad being processed by its Central Authority and International Law Team have taken longer than one year to resolve since 2011.

The following table shows the number of requests for recovery of maintenance from someone living abroad, for each year from 2011 to 2014, that are still being processed by foreign authorities.
