Group: Chamber and Reporting
The current practice for the Chamber and Reporting Group is:-
- Monitor and report on the ethnicity and gender of those invited to present Time for Reflection. (Business Team - Lead: Clerk Team Leader)
- Continue to provide BSL interpreters for all debates on deaf issues or on issues of interest to the deaf community. (Business Team -Lead: Clerk Team Leader)
- Continue to provide BSL interpreters for all committee meetings on deaf issues or on issues of interest to the deaf community. (Committee Teams - Lead: All Clerk Team Leaders)
- Continue to remain sensitive to language which might cause offence or harm towards others when producing the official report. (Official Report - Lead: Editor)
