As part of its Publication Scheme, the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) endeavours to make as much information available as is practicable and consistent with the legal provisions concerned. This forms part of the Corporate Body’s undertaking to meet the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act.
These pages contain copies of agends, minutes and documents considered by the SPCB at its regular meetings. Some papers will not be available however where, for example, publication would breach the Data Protection Act.
