26 November 2013: The Committee took evidence from Alan Wyllie. The Committee agreed to refer the petition, under Rule 15.6.2, to the Welfare Reform Committee to enable that Committee to consider it alongside the other evidence that has been gathered in relation to its report on "Bedroom Tax". 3 December 2013: The Welfare Reform Committee considered its approach to PE1496 by Alan Wyllie on behalf of No2BedroomTax Campaign, on Bedroom Tax Mitigation. David Bookbinder, Head of Policy and Public Affairs, Chartered Institute of Housing;
David Ogilvie, Policy Manager, Scottish Federation of Housing Associations;
Jim Hayton, Policy Manager, Association of Local Authority Chief Housing Officers.
